I've only been using the product for a little while now so i havent seen much results although i can definately feel that i'm doing SOMETHING when i'm working out. I think this tape is really great and 8 min is short enough that you can work it into your routine 3-4 times a week. I have a tendency to gain weight on my upper body, after doing this video for about a month I have noticed a difference!

This is an exellent way to trim and tone up your body in only 8 minutes time. My parents got this tape back when I was younger [I'm only 14] and I watched my mom do it all the time. But when I got older I started doing it and it was awesome my abs were actully harder and tighter then before! If you don't have 8 minutes every day to devote to doing these simple, low impact, user friendly exercises, let's face it, you're probably not motivated to do ANY exercises.
Brenkus' style is laid back, straightforward, non threatening, and the exercises are simple to do. I felt it after one use of the tape, and saw results in a few weeks after using it regularly each day. Now I use weights to increase the difficulty.
