The purchase and delivery experience went very well. The clogs appear to be well made. However, they are not as comfortable as the Betula clogs I previously purchased. I'm hoping the Newalk clogs will be more comfortable after I've worn them awhile.

I have RA and usually can only wear Crocs to work, but these have been just as comfy for me. Love them.

When I first got the package, I was already unimpressed. The packaging was horrible. The actual shoebox inside was fine but the box it all was shipped in looked like it got run over and taped back together. Also, while I can't feel a difference, the shoes are noticably different widths. Maybe by only a fourth of an inch but it's still noticable. If I saw that in a store, I would not have bought them.
