I really love this DVD. I worked out before using it, but never pushed myself too hard. Jillian makes me want to work hard and push myself through the workout. Level 1 is probably too difficult for a beginner, but some movement modifications are shown throughout. Anyone who needs a good, tough workout, should use this DVD.

The video is Great! I ended up buying the video at Target because I still had not received my video after 14 days from Amazon. USPS kept telling me it was on its way. One month later I received the video. I am sending it back to Amazon.
I have ordered products from amazon in the past and never had this problem. I'm afraid to order stuff for Christmas from amazon due to this experience.

I've been doing the firm dangerous curves ahead for a while.. its an hour long.. but i do love it.. easy moves.. easy to learn..and i sweat.. which i want.. i want to tone up (not overweight) BUT I want to tone up..
