This product does work. I can see my body tone and my arms and abs are cut only after 3 weeks of regular exercising and this product. I'm now 130 pounds and I only take two capsules two times day, that is enough for me.
I would recommend this product to any female who wants to tone or loose weight.

I'd give this product a higher rating but like ephedra it has some pretty nasty side effects.
The fist time I used it I lost a few inches off my waist and I consider that a successful trial.
However....
If you suffer from insomnia, don't even bother taking this because you will NOT sleep.
If you suffer from any kind of anxiety or if you get panic attacks.
DO NOT take this.
If you take any kind of anti depressants, don't take this.

This is a good product to heat up, while working out, no results if you do not work out consitently. It increased the body temperature and thus forth makes it faster to start burning calories while working out. No results at all, if you don't workout.

Anyone who suffers from anxiety may want to be careful when taking this product, I noticed I was more prone to worrying probly from the increase in norepinephrine which causes a physiological stress response.
