I love my weather station when it is working. However, the battery life does not appear to be very good. I purchased this usit in June 2008 and have replaced the batteries, twice. It came with my wireless base station (with Oscar icon) and I place it about fifty feet from the house in the backyard, attaching it to our Rainbow playset.
