I'm pretty happy with it. I don't know if Chi makes an iron with adjustable temperature, but if they did I might recommend that. This one gets too hot and I have to be careful not to totally fry my hair. Chi does make a quality product though, and I like the 1 inch size for curling as well. It heats up really quickly and has a nice, long cord. Overall, I'm pleased.
