We have this in our child's bedroom so we can see what temperature it is, since he sleeps on the second floor and the thermostat is downstairs. Rather than running upstairs all evening trying to figure out if it's too hot or cold upstairs I just check my thermometer. It's great, a real life-saver.

The original remote would no longer operate. I ordered this replacement which does a third of what it's supposed to do. It tells the time and outdoor temperature but doesn't relay the outdoor humidity which may effect the overall operation of the weather prediction function.

Product description on website and packaging is not what was inside carton. This sensor does not monitor humidity and until we contaced La Crosse we were unaware that there was wrong product packed incorrectly.
