I am 47 years old and I just love Latin dance. When I first got the videos it was not love at first sight. There is a huge dancing stomach in the middle of the screen and my kids (6 and 8yrs) screamed with laughter. It was embarrassing and more than a little distracting. Good Videos if you need to work out on that Rainy day when you can't walk or run. Dance moves are very fast, so you need to have a lot of rhythm and pay attention to the instructions. Great Workout!

This 4DVD set is just what I needed to get my butt back in gear.
I loved Tae Boe but now have tendinitis in my hip(years of doing the repetitive kicks I guess).
I was looking for something to work up a sweat and be as much fun as Tae Boe. This is it for me! I love to dance so I've picked up most of the movements quickly. Overall, i think that the videos are of the quality i expected, but the content is a bit different. I expected more of a dance based exercise than it is. However, the videos seem to be working.

I was excited to get the DVDs but on the Kick Start DVD the last section did not display at all and there was a bit of freeze framing with the previous section. I did see those negative review comments but didn't think they would continue selling these poor quality DVDs. Also, read the return policy before you order from this seller.
