I ordered 2 of these 3 weeks ago, but what I received was the disks only, no reader or adapter. My 2 emails to Digital Media Source went unanswered. I finally contact Amazon a week ago. The rep (from India or someplace) barely understood my problem, and half reported it. I wrote Amazon to clarify that I wanted the missing items I ordered, or else a shipping label to return the incomplete order and a refund. I bought this item to use in my Blackberry Curve.
I consider myself tech-saavy and have found this product easy to use, but the installation was not so simple.
It took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to install it (and I almost broke the latch in my phone that it goes into) because it doesn't come with installation instructions and until I researched and found instructions online, I could not figure it out.
