I bought the Elite compact heads on the recommendation of my dental hygienist. The smaller head seems to fit into the angles of my teeth better. I like the Sonicare products in general.

Absolutely the best toothbrush on the market. I use compact head replacement brushes because I have braces and the smaller surface works better than the standard head for cleaning orthodontic appliances. I find it necessary to replace the brush every four months, as I must brush after each meal, usually three times a day.

I like this compact head brush. I've often felt awkwardness maneuvering regular size brush. I guess it was too big for my mouth. Now using compact head brush, and I think I'm being able to brush my teeth better.

Before ordering, read the product description. Previous reviews indicate many did not see "Compact" in the product description. Compact means Small. It's not another synonym for portability. For the standard, large brush, search for the Standard brush head.

I have owned my Sonicare product for three years and love it. I decided to try the compact head replacement brushes and love them. They see mto do a better job cleaning all of the areas better than the standard brushes.
