I benefitted from the entire cd, it opened my eyes to how my childhood experiences, thought processes at that time developed barriers that has ruled my adult life and why those barriers have been difficult to overcome. I have used her audio recordings persoanlly for years and there is no one better. Let yourself be bathed in postive messages and allow her to suggest that you relase old hurts and wounds. There's something about her voice, her way. Any of the Audio products are worth the investment because you are worth the investment. Read and give her book "You can heal your life to everyone!"
Have been using it for 20 years, it had helped hundreds in my circles.

Having compiled a small Louise Hay Audio library, I can recommend any & all of the CD's. I do enjoy this one as I seem to have become quite accomplished at building barriers for myself. Louise has a wonderful speaking voice & she is always encouraging us to realize the truth of ourselves. We are whole & complete, safe & secure, important & blessed. If the title appeals to you, purchase it. If it is not quite what you expected, pass it on.
